Q. Are there private rooms available for sleeping?

A. Yes there are a limited number of private rooms available that can be requested on a first come first serve basis. 

Q. Do I have to sleep at Stepping Stones?

A. Not at all! Feel free to head home Friday after the speeches to your own bed and return in the morning. The Conference schedule is made available so you won't miss anything.

Q. I can only make the Friday night or the Saturday. Can I still come? Is there a reduced rate?

A. Absolutely you are welcome to join! Please contact the organizing committee 

Q. What type of payment do you accept and when do I pay?

A. Payment is due upon registration. We accept all major credit cards.

Q. I have a serious food sensitivity or allergy - what can be done?

A. Please enter any special requests in the "Special Requests" box on the registration form. Our Caterer will be made aware of any food related concerns and we will inform you in advance how we can accommodate.
